I recently met up with Sarah and Charlie for their pre wedding shoot at Ogmore-by-Sea on the stunning Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Although the weather closed in a little compared to the bright sunshine forecast, the blustery conditions brought plenty of atmosphere to the coastline.
Pre wedding shoots are always a great opportunity to slow things down before the excitement of the wedding day. As we wandered along the coastal paths, we captured some lovely natural moments while chatting through the plans for the wedding and making sure everything was in place.
It’s a great chance for couples to become familiar with how I work, helping them feel completely at ease in front of the camera. The session also provides some valuable practice before the big day itself.
With just a few simple pointers and encouragement, Sarah and Charlie looked great together and embraced the challenging conditions for some great portraits that didn’t need complicated posing.
