I recently had the pleasure of capturing the wedding of Becky and Cellan. The wedding ceremony was held at their family church in Llangyfelach, Swansea, with the reception at the renowned King Arthur Hotel in Gower. As is customary I started the day with coverage of the bridal preparations before making my way to the church to meet the groom and wedding guests.
Whilst the majority of weddings I cover take place at some amazing wedding venues, it’s always great to cover the occasional church ceremony which often provide some unique wedding images. With the service complete the newly married Mr & Mrs Bowen made their way to the King Arthur Hotel via a quick stop at Rhossili, taking in the amazing panoramic views across Gower for some wedding portraits.
The remainder of the day was spent documenting the celebrations back at the King Arthur Hotel. With the weather on our side we were able to make full use of the beautiful grounds surrounding the venue, taking a few family photos and capturing some wedding portraits in the amazing summer meadow. We finished the day covering the evening reception, first dance and a wonderful sparkler exit.
